Article \u2013 1 : B\u00e9n\u00e9ficiaire<\/strong><\/span><\/p>

The lease concluded between the parties may not under any circumstances benefit, even partially, third parties, whether natural or legal persons, unless with the written consent of the lessor. Any breach of this last paragraph may result in the immediate termination of the lease at the tenant's expense, with the rental proceeds remaining definitively acquired by the lessor.<\/p>

Article – 2 : Dur\u00e9e du s\u00e9jour<\/strong><\/span><\/p>

The tenant signing this contract concluded for a fixed period may not under any circumstances claim any right to remain on the premises at the end of the stay.<\/p>

Article \u2013 3 : Conclusion de la location<\/strong><\/span><\/p>

The G\u00eete de la Coll\u00e9giale reserves the right to refuse your reservation if the accredited official bodies do not validate your bank card number.<\/p>

The reservation is considered validated upon confirmation by email sent by the G\u00eete de la Coll\u00e9giale to the address you provided on the reservation form. However, this reservation will only be considered firm and final when 50% of the amount of the service has reached the G\u00eete de la Coll\u00e9giale bank account. The payment period for this deposit cannot exceed 7 days if it is made by bank transfer. A second email will be sent to confirm this status.<\/p>

Le solde devra \u00eatre vers\u00e9 30 jours avant l\u2019arriv\u00e9e. Tout d\u00e9faut de versement du solde entra\u00eenera l\u2019annulation de la r\u00e9servation sans remboursement de l\u2019acompte de 50 % d\u00e9j\u00e0 vers\u00e9.<\/p>

Une taxe de s\u00e9jour est applicable au prix de 0.80\u20ac \/pers\/nuit. Elle se rajoute au montant de la nuit\u00e9e indiqu\u00e9 dans la page des tarifs.<\/p>

The reservation is guaranteed at the rates and conditions indicated for the period open for reservations. These rates and conditions may not be renewed for subsequent reservations.<\/p>

Article \u2013 4 : Annulation par le locataire<\/strong><\/span><\/p>

Any cancellation must be notified by registered letter or email addressed to the G\u00eete de la Coll\u00e9giale.<\/p>

a) Cancellation before arrival at the premises:<\/p>

25% of the deposit will be retained by the lessor if the cancellation occurs between 60 and 30 days before the scheduled arrival date. The lessor will retain the entire deposit if the cancellation occurs less than 30 days before the scheduled arrival date.<\/p>

If the tenant does not show up within 24 hours of their arrival date, the landlord will be able to dispose of their accommodation. The deposit will also be retained by the landlord.<\/p>

b) If the stay is shortened, the rental price remains with the lessor. In this case, no refund will be made, except in cases of duly justified force majeure.<\/p>

Article – 5 : Annulation par le loueur<\/strong><\/span><\/p>

The lessor pays the tenant all sums paid.<\/p>

Article \u2013 6 : Arriv\u00e9e<\/strong><\/span><\/p>

Arrivals are from 3:00 p.m., departures are until 11:00 a.m.<\/p>

Article \u2013 7 : R\u00e8glement des prestations annexes et de la taxe de s\u00e9jour<\/strong><\/span><\/p>

This payment is made directly to the establishment.<\/p>

Article \u2013 8 : Etat des lieux<\/strong><\/span><\/p>

An inventory is jointly drawn up and signed by the tenant and the landlord or their representative upon arrival and departure from the accommodation. This inventory constitutes the sole reference in the event of a dispute regarding the inventory of fixtures. The cleanliness of the accommodation upon the tenant's arrival must be noted in the inventory. Cleaning of the premises is the tenant's responsibility during the rental period and before departure. Any cleaning fees, set at 50 euros, will be deducted from the deposit.<\/p>

Article \u2013 9 : D\u00e9p\u00f4t de garantie ou caution<\/strong><\/span><\/p>

Upon arrival, a security deposit is required, the amount of which will be equal to half of the invoice due to the landlord for the stay. This deposit can be paid in cash or by bank check, which will not be cashed until departure.<\/p>

Apr\u00e8s l’\u00e9tablissement contradictoire de l’\u00e9tat des lieux de sortie, ce d\u00e9p\u00f4t est imm\u00e9diatement restitu\u00e9, sauf s’il faut en d\u00e9duire le co\u00fbt de remise en \u00e9tat des lieux si des d\u00e9gradations \u00e9taient constat\u00e9es.<\/p>

In the event of significant damage exceeding the amount of the security deposit, the tenant, who is responsible for all damage caused by their actions, must use their civil liability insurance. In this case, the deposit will be returned once the insurance company has made the required reimbursements.<\/p>

Article \u2013 10 : Utilisation des lieux<\/strong><\/span><\/p>

The tenant must ensure the peaceful nature of the rental and use it in accordance with the intended purpose of the premises.<\/p>

The tenant will not fail to read the page \u201cSome rules of life\u201d which he will find under the tab \u201cThe g\u00eete in detail\u201d.<\/p>

Article \u2013 11 : Capacit\u00e9<\/strong><\/span><\/p>

Le g\u00eete a une capacit\u00e9 d\u2019accueil maximum de 4 personnes. Si le nombre de locataires d\u00e9passe la capacit\u00e9 d’accueil, le loueur peut refuser les personnes suppl\u00e9mentaires. Toute modification ou rupture du contrat sera en cons\u00e9quence consid\u00e9r\u00e9e \u00e0 l’initiative du client.<\/p>

Article – 12 : Animaux<\/strong><\/span><\/p>

The G\u00eete de la Coll\u00e9giale specifies that it is not permitted to stay with pets. If the tenant fails to comply with this clause, the landlord may refuse the stay. In this case, no refund will be issued.<\/p>

Article \u2013 13: Potential imputabilities<\/strong><\/span><\/p>
